What is this "chant", anyway?
The I AM Enough - Celtic Chant is designed to help you embody the message and rewrite negative self-worth messages so many people receive and have internalized, either consciously, or unconsciously. This song (and several others that I've written) replace negative mindsets with positive ones, in a way that is fun and fulfilling.

Why is it called a chant?

Because it's repetitive, and that is part of its power. Repeating the phrase as a musical line allows the message to be embraced by not only the mind, but by the emotions and the body, as well. You can sing along or just listen to get the benefits.
